However, we also understand that shopping online can be tricky; you can’t always try on or feel a product before buying. That’s why we offer a clear, fair, and transparent Returns & Refund Policy designed to protect you and make your shopping experience worry-free.

General Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return an item if the following conditions are met:
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included.
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
If an item is returned to us worn, damaged, or without its original packaging, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items fall outside of our return policy for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Customized or personalized items (such as engraved or tailored products).
- Final sale or clearance items are clearly marked at checkout.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our team at support@ghostridergears.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions.
- Ship Back the Item: Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, clearly mark the RA number, and ship it to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Ghost Rider Gears cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
- Refunds are for the product price only. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We know that getting the perfect fit matters, especially with leatherwear. If you’d like a different size, color, or style:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will process your return as a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Quality is at the heart of what we do. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include photos of the item and packaging for verification.
- We will cover all shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us for further assistance.
Special Notes for International Returns
- International customers may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or taxes when sending items back. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Mark your return package clearly as “Returned Goods” to help avoid delays at customs.
